A warming, nourishing, and fortifying blend, combining Tulsi, Raspberry leaf, Calendula, Rosehips which support the nervous system, immune system, lymphatic system, and overall vitality. These herbs were grown & harvested with so much love & care.

Spices grinded & blended: Cinnamon, Fennel, Cardamom, Star Anise, Ginger, Licorice, Black Pepper. These spices increases circulation (breaking up stagnancy), brings warmth to body (supporting digestive power "agni"), fortifies the immune system, and supports in balancing one's mood and emotional processing when navigating the internal & reflective qualities of winter (cooler/darker season).
