Ingredients: Amor (love), Pink salt, Magnesium chloride flakes, French Grey Salt, Cottonwood bud infused in olive oil, Cedar infused in olive oil, Cedar, Rose, Pink/White Yarrow.
How to work with: Set the space. Taking some breaths, you may give gratitude to the water, salts, and minerals.
¼ cup to a pot with boiled water, steep for 15 mins. Strain & pour into the bath. Or you can add the desired amount into your muslin cloth (to prevent a clogged drain) and may be used in your warm bath, foot soak, etc. For a more potent bath, add more as needed.
Baños (Baths) are supportive during cooler/colder months, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You may end with a cold water rinse for extra immune support. May the flowers (sky) and tree medicine (held from within the earth) meet you as you navigate how to be in relationship to your power.

Cottonwood bud is a beloved one, a water & earth protector, supporting to transform pain and discomfort via warmth and their sweet/honey-like resinous aroma. Rich in salicylic acid, they’re traditionally known for their pain-relieving properties (Willow family).
Rose, yarrow, and Cedar were combined with the salts to ground us into our bodies as they envelop us to remember our power. Rose invokes protection and guardianship of the heart & nervous system. Yarrow brings a sense of clarity via psychic protection & immune protection (know the self). Although this is not an extract (traditionally, where their therapeutic constituents are extracted) they still lend so much of their medicine. And Cedar is helpful for moving stagnation. Together, they offer lovespell to the spirit and body.
