✴Hypericum (St. John's wort, topically useful for skin, nerve pain, shingles, etc. Internally known for bringing in the light, helpful for depression). This being has been worked as a protective plant against unwanted energies and entities. Their medicine reminds us that true vitality and healing take place when we cultivate practices that are in alignment with our deeper and wider selves.

✴Mullein flowers (the flowers attract pollinators, ease pain/infections, and have been revered for earaches.) I also added them for how mullein is a torch for those navigating the unknown path. Having an affinity with the lungs, they help move grief and call in our well-ancestors. Mullein illuminates who we are and why we matter.

✴Calendula (wonderful for the lymphatic system, stomach ulcers, tending overworked tissues, and skin-protector). Grows and spreads easily, representing abundance. Resembling the sun, they call in child-like joy, vitality, and humility so we can glow alongside them.

Ingredients: St. John's Wort, Mullein Flowers, and Calendula flowers infused in extra virgin olive oil. Mica. Vitamin E.
