Milky Oats Tincture

Milky Oats aka Avena sativa ~
Such a friend and teacher for those with nearly any nervous system complaint. (i.e. nervous exhaustion, anxiety, depression, stress, drained, overworked, "burned-out". This is an extraction made with FRESH milky oats tops, which offers love and support to a depleted, overworked, or weakened nervous system, supports elasticity in blood vessels, and nourishes & strengthens skin, nails, teeth, and hair.

I am offering 2 types of extraction:

1. Extracted in Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) + maple syrup for a lunar cycle (this extraction method is called an oxymel).
   ***update: this year, I am offering an oxymel with maple syrup instead of honey.

2. Extracted in alcohol for a lunar cycle (typical extraction method in tinctures)

🟆 Milky oats are mineral and nutrient-rich (i.e. calcium, magnesium, vitamin Bs). As a nerve trophorestorative, it can be taken daily as a tonic. They help rebuild myelin sheath around our nerve endings that may have become damaged or weakened due to prolonged stress.
