Reverencia: Adaptogenic Chocolate Mix

A nourishing chocolate blend of cacao + cocoa with aromatic spices and adaptogens to offer deep vitality, sustained energy, bring slowness and joy to your day. Reishi mushroom + Ashwagandha are adaptogens that help our bodies navigate stress while bringing us back into our bodies. This is particularly helpful to those that experience chronic energy depletion, "adrenal fatigue", excess anxiety, stressful work or life, chronic challenges by balancing our cortisol levels. They help us feel held and nourish the body from within. Cacao + Reishi both correspond to the heart, reminding us to nourish inspires us. A bit of cocoa is added for taste.

This blend is delicious combined with choice of warmed water, and your choice of sweetener (I like maple syrup). May add a splash of mylk as well. For a frothy experience, add all ingredients into your blender (unless you have a frother).
